Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Academic Duties
- Teach Mathematics to primary classes (Grade 1 to 5).
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate math lessons.
- Develop lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB as applicable).
- Use innovative teaching methods, activities, and teaching aids.
- Conduct regular assessments, worksheets, and assignments.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and positive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and interactive learning.
- Identify slow and advanced learners and provide appropriate support.
Student Development
- Promote logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage mental math and practical application of concepts.
- Provide remedial classes when required.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Prepare report cards and progress reports.
- Participate in staff meetings and training programs.
- Assist in organizing school events and activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) with Mathematics.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory (in most schools).
- CTET/TET qualified (as per school requirements).
Skills Required:
- Strong subject knowledge in primary mathematics.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Patience and child-friendly approach.
- Classroom management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Smart Board, Online teaching tools).
Experience:
- 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
