Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role
NearPoint is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to expand our retailer network across West Bengal. If you are passionate about sales, field marketing, and building strong customer relationships, we would love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new Retailers, Distributors, and Business Partners.
- Promote NearPoint's fintech services, including AEPS, DMT, BBPS, PAN Services, Payout, Recharge, and Micro ATM.
- Conduct field visits and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Achieve monthly sales and activation targets.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Fintech, Banking, Telecom, or FMCG.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must own a smartphone and have basic knowledge of Android applications.
