Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Manage follow-ups and maintain customer relationships
- Perform back-office tasks including data entry and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly
- Ensure timely response and quality customer service
