*Telecaller cum Data Entry Operator*
About the Role
We are looking for a Telecaller cum Data Entry Operator who can effectively communicate with customers, resolve queries over the phone, promote our products, generate leads, and maintain accurate records in the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Promote and merchandise company products telephonically.
- Generate leads through customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the system.
- Record daily call details, customer responses, and follow-ups accurately.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance or query resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record maintenance.
Candidate Profile
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Comfortable handling customers over the phone.
- Ability to explain products clearly and professionally.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or data entry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
