We’re looking for a customer-focused executive to manage support queries and assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls
Resolve issues and manage escalations
Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions
Track orders, transactions, and operational tasks
Maintain records and improve support processes
Requirements:
1+ year experience in Customer Support / Operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
