Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead the commercial growth of our managed properties.
The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality sales, OTA management, digital marketing, revenue management, branding, and business development. This role will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and market expansion across all Spynora-managed properties.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue
- Develop monthly occupancy and revenue strategies
- Generate corporate, B2B, travel agent, and direct bookings
- Build partnerships with travel companies and event planners
- Monitor daily sales performance
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
OTA & Revenue Management
- Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.
- Optimize pricing and inventory
- Improve property rankings
- Monitor competitor pricing
- Increase RevPAR and ADR
Digital Marketing
- Plan Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Work with content creators and designers
- Improve website traffic and SEO
- Generate qualified booking leads
- Monitor ROAS and campaign performance
Branding & Content
- Build Spynora's brand presence
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
- Plan content calendars
- Coordinate photography and videography
- Launch seasonal campaigns
Business Development
- Acquire new resorts and holiday homes
- Build relationships with property owners
- Present management proposals
- Attend networking events
- Expand Spynora's property portfolio
Team Management
- Lead marketing and sales executives
- Assign KPIs
- Conduct weekly review meetings
- Train team members
- Report directly to the Managing Director
Requirements 3–7 years of hospitality sales or hotel marketing experience
- Experience with OTA platforms
- Strong digital marketing knowledge
- Revenue management understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience preferred
