The Shift Incharge (SI) is responsible for managing end-to-end operations during the assigned shift at the store/warehouse. The role ensures smooth execution of picking, packing, inventory management, and rider coordination while maintaining high service levels, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Supervise daily shift operations including picking, packing, and order dispatch
- Ensure timely order fulfillment with minimal errors and delays
- Manage and guide Picker & Packer team for productivity and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and conduct regular audits (FNV, Bread, Atta, Chocolates, etc.)
- Handle rider coordination and ensure smooth order handover
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and discipline during the shift
- Resolve on-ground operational issues in real-time
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and processes
- Track KPIs like order accuracy, SLA, shrinkage, and productivity
- Report daily performance and incidents to Store Manager / Cluster Manager
