Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance support, attendance and payroll coordination and maintaining HR records to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment & Onboarding-
Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop floor, staff, and executive-level positions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
Conduct employee onboarding and Prepare joining documentation.
2.HR Operations-
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and employee documentation.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
3.Employee Relations-
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
4.Compliance & Statutory Activities-
Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate activities related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
Support audits and inspections by maintaining required records and documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, attendance, and payroll processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
