We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head for our Sheet Metal Manufacturing Plant specializing in Steel & Metal Amirah & Metal production.
Location: Bhiwadi (Raj)
Industry: Sheet Metal / Steel Furniture Manufacturing
Position: Plant Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete plant operations management
- Production planning & target achievement
- OEM handling and customer coordination
- Quality control and process improvement
- Manpower management and productivity enhancement
- Cost control, inventory & dispatch management
- Implementation of safety and maintenance systems
- Coordination with purchase, quality, and dispatch departments
Required Experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in Sheet Metal / Steel Furniture Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of OEM operations and vendor management
- Experience in Almirah, Locker, Steel Furniture, Fabrication, Powder Coating & Assembly processes
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing & quality systems preferred
Preferred Candidate:
✔ Experience in handling complete plant operations
✔ Good understanding of fabrication, welding, bending & powder coating
✔ Ability to drive production efficiency and meet customer deadlines
