Role Overview
Lead our Uni Seoul stores at Bangalore, setting high standards in sales, customer experience, team leadership, and operational excellence. We’re looking for someone who can drive performance while creating an energetic and customer-first retail environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning across all areas.
- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed store targets through strong sales strategies and team motivation.
- Deliver Great Customer Experience: Ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and engaging brand experience.
- Build & Manage Teams: Hire, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing retail team aligned with Uni Seoul’s culture.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, store standards, and SOP compliance.
- Represent the Brand: Act as a brand ambassador for Uni Seoul and strengthen our presence in Bangalore.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years of retail management experience, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or high-footfall retail stores.
- Strong understanding of sales, store operations, and team handling.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and drive store performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive and ownership-driven mindset suited for fast-paced retail environments.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
