ML Engineer (with Full Stack Capabilities)
Responsibilities:
- Design, experiment, and deploy AI/ML models in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor and evaluate ML model performance.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong in Python and SQL, with foundational knowledge of statistics and probability.
- 5+ Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn and PyTorch.
- Systematic, structured thought process.
Criteria:
- Must have built and deployed ML models from notebooks to production serving real traffic.
- Capture details on experimentation, deployment experience, and integration complexity (experimentation takes precedence).
- Assess how they use AI coding tools, their approach to weaknesses, and avoid candidates with vague or generic replies.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
