Job Summary:
The IT Support Executive is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues within the organization. The role ensures smooth IT operations across corporate offices, sales offices, and project sites in the real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and internet connectivity problems.
- Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices.
- Support CRM, ERP, and other real estate management applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and AMC services.
- Ensure regular data backup and system security.
- Install antivirus software and monitor cybersecurity practices.
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
- Provide on-site and remote support to branch offices/project sites.
- Prepare daily/weekly IT support reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Hardware & Networking preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support.
- Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.
- Experience with printers, scanners, and CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP software.
- Remote desktop support knowledge.
Soft Skills:

Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA A+
- CCNA
- Microsoft Certifications
Working Conditions:
- May require travel to project sites and branch offices.
