Job Title: Electronics Hardware Technician
Location: Greater Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electronics Hardware Technician to assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and support the development of electronic hardware products. The candidate should have hands-on experience with PCB assembly, soldering, debugging, and electronic test equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test electronic PCBs and hardware prototypes.
- Perform SMD and through-hole component soldering and rework.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits to component level.
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and function generators for testing.
- Read and understand circuit schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.
- Support engineers during hardware development and validation.
- Program and test microcontroller-based boards (ESP32, STM32, Arduino, etc.).
- Prepare test reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.
- Ensure compliance with ESD and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience in PCB assembly and soldering.
- Ability to identify and replace faulty electronic components.
- Familiarity with UART, I²C, SPI, RS485, CAN, USB, and Ethernet is preferred.
- Basic understanding of batteries, power supplies, and SMPS circuits.
- Knowledge of electronic components and datasheets.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.E. in Electronics, ECE, EEE, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- ITI (Electronics) candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, or similar embedded platforms.
- Knowledge of PCB design software (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle) is an advantage.
- Basic firmware flashing and debugging experience.
