We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to build and strengthen our institutional partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate and promote workshops, seminars, career sessions, and engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders.
- Identify and onboard new institutions for collaboration.
- Plan and execute business development activities to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with schools, colleges, and decision-makers.
- Maintain records of institutional visits, activities, attendees reached, and partnerships.
- Represent FPA at institutional meetings, events, seminars, and workshops.
- Travel regularly for institutional visits and business development activities.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Education, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates from Commerce, Management, Marketing, or Education backgrounds are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident presentation and networking abilities.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for institutional meetings and events.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
