Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Discover top talent using various channels such as job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri), social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review incoming applications, conduct initial phone screenings to assess applicant qualifications, salary expectations, and cultural fit, and shortlist potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads or hiring managers.
- End-to-End Candidate Management: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection and onboarding journey.
- Offer Management: Assist in preparing offer letters, negotiating salary packages, and closing the candidate within the budget guidelines.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate records and hiring metrics.
- Campus & Event Recruitment: Participate in college placement drives, job fairs, and networking events to build a fresh talent pipeline.

- Sourcing Tech: Proficiency with professional platforms (especially LinkedIn Recruiter) and standard Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interviewing and representing the company brand.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to pitch the company effectively and negotiate compensation packages.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: A strong judge of character with the ability to build rapport easily with diverse candidates. Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Literature, or a related field. An MBA in HR is highly preferred and often fast-tracks growth into Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager roles.
- Experience: 0–4 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate setup). Fresh MBA graduates are frequently hired for Executive Recruiter tracks.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of general HR functions, labor laws, and standard corporate hiring practices.
Pay: ₹9,348.75 - ₹30,961.77 per month
