Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations across our growing product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory movement, timely order fulfillment, efficient transportation coordination, and seamless delivery across B2B, retail, and D2C channels.
This role requires strong coordination skills, operational excellence, and the ability to work closely with supply chain, sales, customer support, warehouse, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics & Order Fulfillment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across distributors, retailers, marketplaces, and D2C channels.
- Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and order tracking.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transit delays and delivery issues.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Track inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy across warehouses and fulfillment centers.
- Support stock planning and replenishment activities.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper documentation of receipts, dispatches, and returns.
- Coordinate periodic stock audits and reconciliation activities.
3. Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Align logistics activities with sales forecasts, promotions, and inventory requirements.
- Assist in demand planning and stock allocation across channels.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain logistics records, invoices, e-way bills, transport documents, and shipment reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
- Support vendor onboarding and logistics-related documentation requirements.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track logistics KPIs such as delivery timelines, fill rates, transportation costs, and order accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Customer & Partner Coordination
- Handle delivery-related escalations and customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, transporters, and warehouse partners to ensure service excellence.
- Build strong relationships with logistics service providers to improve operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or distribution management.
- Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, consumer goods, or D2C businesses is preferred.
- Good understanding of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/logistics management systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Indian FMCG distribution networks and warehousing practices.
- Experience handling courier aggregators, transport vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Familiarity with GST documentation, e-way bills, and logistics compliance requirements.
- Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
