Job Summary: The House of Cosmos is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Manager to oversee customer relationship management, lead tracking, client communication, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to deal closure while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system and customer database.
Track, assign, and monitor leads received from various marketing channels. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-ups.
Monitor sales pipelines and generate regular performance reports. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
Work closely with management to streamline sales and customer service processes. Requirements Strong knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and reporting abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. What We Are Looking For Excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
