The Tele counsellor is responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable courses and academic programs based on their interests, goals, and aptitude. The role involves counselling students and parents, explaining course structures, assisting with admissions, and helping achieve enrollment targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on course options and career paths.
- Guide through the admission process and documentation.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure enrollment.
- Maintain student records and reports.
- Sales, callings, time to time followup fro clients.
- Support marketing and outreach activities when needed.
