Role description
Must Have
- 8+ years of SAP RTR/FICO experience.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
- Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Closing & Reporting, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Statements.
- Hands-on experience with New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Accounting, and Month/Year-End Close processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
Good to Have
- SAP S/4HANA migration/conversion project experience.
- SAP Central Finance (CFIN) exposure.
- SAP Group Reporting, Consolidation, and Financial Planning experience.
- SAP Fiori and Finance Transformation project experience.
- Knowledge of SAC and advanced financial reporting solutions.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
