Position: Store Incharge
Department: Stores & Inventory
Location: Attari Furniture Dhawa Industrial Area Deva Road Lucknow
Reports To: Factory Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Store Incharge is responsible for managing all store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts. The role ensures proper stock management, accurate record-keeping, and timely material availability for production.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
Material Receipt & Storage
- Receive materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Verify quantity and quality of received goods.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
Material Issuance
- Issue materials to production departments against approved requisitions.
- Record all material movements accurately in registers or ERP systems.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock registers, issue slips, and inventory records.
- Prepare daily stock reports and monthly inventory summaries.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for stock-related matters.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required records.
Warehouse & Safety Management
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and housekeeping practices.
- Monitor storage conditions to prevent material damage or loss.
Team Coordination
- Supervise store assistants, helpers, and warehouse staff.
- Allocate work and monitor performance of store personnel.
- Train staff on inventory procedures and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Store Operations, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Management.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Furniture, Interior, or Production Industry preferred.

Salary: 12500 to 15000
Working Days: As per company policy.
