Job Title – “Bakery Artist”
Role Purpose:
The Bakery Artist is the face of the dessert counter . This role is people and sales driven, focused on engaging Customers, educating them on desserts, and driving add on sales through warmth, energy, and interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create an engaging, cheerful, and interactive customer experience at the dessert counter
· Educate customers on dessert offerings and confidently recommend pairings and add-ons
· Drive dessert trials, upselling, and combo conversions to maximize sales
· Own the dessert counter experience, ensuring a lively, premium, and welcoming setup
· Complete pre-rush preparation for made-to-order desserts to ensure smooth peak execution
· Maintain high standards of hygiene, display aesthetics, and SOP compliance
· Demonstrate strong plating and presentation to enhance visual appeal
· Collaborate closely with baristas and store teams during peak and rush hours

· Willing to go above and beyond for Customers
Qualification and Experience:
· IHM graduates with some experience
· Mix of freshers and experienced candidates
· Background in hospitality, retail, QSR, or sales is a plus
· Dessert knowledge helpful but not mandatory
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
