Pairan Group is hiring an organised and firm HR & Compliance Executive to strengthen workforce discipline, statutory documentation, recruitment coordination and people processes across our industrial manufacturing operations.
This is a factory HR role requiring regular interaction with operators, supervisors, contractors, security, accounts and plant management. Candidates looking only for corporate-office HR or work-from-home roles need not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime data, shift rosters and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee files and confirmation documentation.
- Maintain statutory registers, contractor records, employee compliance documents and training files.
- Support PF, ESI, labour-welfare, Factory Act and other compliance documentation through internal teams and consultants.
- Track disciplinary matters, warning letters, absenteeism, workforce grievances and employee engagement.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, uniform/PPE records and contractor labour documentation.
- Maintain HR MIS, headcount reports, attrition trackers and recruitment status reports.
- Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, appraisal systems and HRMS/ERP readiness.
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of HR and compliance experience in a factory, manufacturing, engineering, chemical, recycling, logistics or industrial company.
- Qualification: BBA, MBA HR, MSW, PGDM HR, B.Com or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of attendance systems, payroll inputs, labour compliance and statutory documentation is essential.
- Experience handling shop-floor workforce and contract labour is strongly preferred.
- Tamil and English communication required; Hindi is an advantage.
- Strong Excel, documentation and follow-up skills are essential.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Perundurai SIPCOT or commute reliably.
