Working Days : Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Academic Sales Executive to drive student admissions and provide exceptional counselling support. The ideal candidate should have experience in academic counselling, admissions, education sales, EdTech sales, inside sales, or career counselling, with strong communication and relationship management skills.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify leads from multiple sources
- Provide academic counselling and guide students in choosing suitable courses
- Convert enquiries into admissions by achieving sales targets
- Handle fee collection and payment follow-ups
- Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Support marketing and outreach activities, including events, campaigns, and promotions
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students to maximize conversions
