About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive who can turn travel dreams into confirmed bookings . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong destination knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales through calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
- Sell domestic and international tour packages
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel plans
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and travel partners
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Update CRM or lead sheets regularly
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after trips
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales/tourism industry preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of destinations like Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Himachal, Vietnam, etc.
- Basic knowledge of itinerary creation and costing
- Comfortable with WhatsApp sales and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
