We are seeking an experienced CDP Data Solution Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade cloud data platforms and data warehouse solutions. This role will be responsible for developing robust data architectures, optimizing data pipelines, implementing governance frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native data platforms and enterprise data architectures.
- Establish and maintain enterprise data modeling standards and best practices.
- Develop governed semantic layers and canonical data models to support business analytics.
- Architect and deliver scalable enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- Ensure data platforms are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance and scalability.
Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Build robust SQL transformations and automated data workflows.
- Develop fact, dimensional, and event-driven data models.
- Improve system performance, storage efficiency, and compute utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering challenges.
Snowflake & Cloud Data Warehousing
- Design, implement, and optimize Snowflake-based data solutions.
- Build secure and high-performing data consumption layers.
- Implement workload optimization strategies including partitioning, clustering, and query tuning.
- Manage data warehousing best practices for scalability and cost optimization.
Data Governance & Quality
- Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and reliability standards.
- Monitor schema evolution, data integrity, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
- Maintain metadata management, data lineage, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data management policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, product, and business teams to understand data requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and data architectures.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to data engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across data platforms and processes.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 7+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data warehouse platforms.
- Advanced SQL expertise with strong query optimization and performance tuning capabilities.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Strong understanding of:

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
