Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Regional Transport Office for vehicle registration and related documentation.
- Process new vehicle registrations, ownership transfers, and duplicate RC applications.
- Handle hypothecation addition and cancellation for financed vehicles.
- Manage issuance and renewal of permits, fitness certificates, and tax payments.
- Verify and maintain all customer and vehicle documents.
- Track pending files and ensure timely completion of all RTO processes.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and insurance teams for document collection.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable motor vehicle laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted and completed files.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
- Resolve customer queries related to registration and documentation.
- Liaise with external agents and government officials when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in RTO operations or automobile dealership documentation.
- Good understanding of motor vehicle registration procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dealership management systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
