Job Title: Interior Works Site Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interior works supervisor who can understand the designs. Coordinate and oversee complete interior works for a building. The role involves handling everything from Including plumbing, electrical, false ceiling, carpentry, painting, furnishings, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret Architecture, AutoCAD layouts, 2D drawings, and technical blueprints for accurate execution.
Oversee daily site activities of subcontractors and laborers including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and other interior trades.
Manage end-to-end execution of interior works, including:
Plumbing & sanitary works
Electrical & lighting systems
False ceiling & gypsum works
Flooring, wall finishes, and painting
Carpentry & modular furniture
Soft furnishings such as curtains, upholstery, and décor
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Identify defects or deviations and ensure timely rectification.
Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Verify material quantities and quality upon arrival at site.
Monitor material usage to minimize wastage and control costs.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate effectively with contractors, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other site workers to ensure smooth execution.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed site records including:
Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)
Attendance logs
Site photographs and documentation
Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and timelines to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
Proven experience in residential/commercial interior projects
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution techniques
Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience (flexible based on skill set)
Contract: 2 years
Languages Known: Hindi, Telugu, English
Work Location: Tukkuguda, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State.
Budget: 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 per annum
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
