POSITION SUMMARY:
- Sales drive and coordination of India distribution and responsible.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quoting for new RFQs to all distributors
- Cross reference of parts to suggest alternative to competitor.
- Quote follow up for conversion to orders.
- Re-working on price/ Quantity (MOQ) with Product Management team to meet customer expectations.
- Working closely with pricing team/Product Management on quote approvals/manage conflicts/validity extension/ MOQ issues/ Proto samples etc..
- Monthly review calls with all distributors to monitor all biz activities to meet final budget.
- Monthly booking and billing forecast preparation for management.
- POS/Inventory details loading - Monthly activity.
- Payment collection follow up to close the sale cycle.
- PO amendment / Price revalidation to book PO in hand.
- Quarterly QBR to track targeted accounts/ markets to make sure focus is not deviated.
- Handling customer escalation and delivery issues with respective planners and PMs
- Handling quality issues and taking up with respective manufacturing units/PMs
- Tracking monthly booking to achieve targets.
- Combined customer visit to targeted customer to understand the project developments.
- Providing all sales tools like PPT/documentations/Training to distributors to equip and motivate team.
