We are seeking a creative and results-driven content professional who can uncover inspiring candidate journeys and convert them into engaging content across multiple channels.
This role sits at the intersection of **candidate success, storytelling, content marketing, and brand growth**. You will work closely with successful candidates, leadership, and the marketing team to create content that showcases career transformations and establishes The Squirrel View as a trusted career partner.

Compensation : ₹5.5 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA
Probation Period : 90 Days
Reporting To : Founder / Marketing Lead
Key Responsibilities :
Candidate Success Story Management
* Conduct interviews with successful candidates and clients.
* Collect testimonials, placement outcomes, and career progression data.
* Document candidate transformation journeys and career milestones.
* Capture salary hikes, promotions, job transitions, and success metrics.
* Develop structured case studies and success stories.
* Maintain and organize a repository of candidate success content.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling :
Lead the creation of high-quality content across LinkedIn, website, email, and social media channels while transforming candidate success stories into compelling brand narratives. Drive content strategy through industry research, audience engagement, social media management, and marketing initiatives that contribute to brand visibility, community growth, and lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Mandatory Skills
* Excellent written and verbal English communication.
* Strong storytelling and content writing abilities.
* Experience creating content for LinkedIn and professional audiences.
* Proficiency with Canva and content design tools.
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
* Strong working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
* Research-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
* Ability to independently manage content projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition industries.
* Exposure to career coaching, job search, or professional development domains.
* Employer branding experience.
* Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
* Basic video editing and content repurposing skills.
* Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
