We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge to manage and supervise the day-to-day production operations at SMT Bricks and Blocks. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, machine coordination, and ensuring timely production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production, preferably in bricks, blocks, precast, or construction-material manufacturing.
- Any Degree / Diploma .
- Strong knowledge of production processes and manpower management.
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle production pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Supervise production workers and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of bricks, blocks, and other products.
- Check raw materials and ensure proper material utilization.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machinery and equipment issues.
- Maintain production records, stock details, and daily reports.
- Identify production problems and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
- Train and guide production workers to improve productivity.
- Minimize material wastage and production downtime.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
