Job Summary
Samms Tech SPM Automation is looking for an experienced and highly motivated PLC Programmer to join our Automation Team immediately. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming, HMI Development, Machine Automation, Electrical Troubleshooting, and Commissioning activities.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for SPM and Industrial Automation projects.
- Program and configure HMI screens based on customer requirements.
- Perform machine commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate PLC systems with sensors, actuators, VFDs, servo drives, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and understand electrical schematics and control panel drawings.
- Support machine trials, FAT, SAT, and customer installations.
- Diagnose and resolve automation-related issues at customer sites.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical, Assembly, and Project teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
