Job Summary:
The Field Officer is responsible for executing field-based operations, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring effective implementation of organizational programs, services, or projects. The role involves regular travel, coordination with stakeholders, data collection, and reporting to support operational efficiency and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate ongoing projects and activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and guidelines at field locations.
- Collect, verify, and report field data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, clients, vendors, and community members.
- Identify operational challenges in the field and recommend practical solutions.
- Maintain records of field activities, inspections, and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and organizational standards.
- Assist in training and supporting field staff or local representatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field operations, supervision, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse environments.
- Basic knowledge of data collection tools and reporting methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office or relevant software.
