Role Description
Drive B2B sales of digital learning and SaaS education solutions to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate L&D departments. Own revenue targets and build long-term institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets through new client acquisition and account growth
- Prospect and build relationships with principals, directors, trustees, and L&D heads
- Map client needs to products like LMS, smart class solutions, content platforms, and assessment tools. Run demos and manage pilots
- Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams for retention, renewals, and upsells
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations across Delhi NCR
- Maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM and share market feedback with product team
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years in Ed Tech, SaaS, or B2B education sales
- Proven success closing deals with educational institutions or enterprises
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on with CRM like Salesforce or Zoho
- Graduate required. MBA or B.Ed preferred
- Maximum 40 years at time of application
- Willing to work from Sector 58, Noida
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
