Job Title: Quality Incharge
Location: AVG Print N Pack Pvt. Ltd., Karnal
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Incharge to oversee quality control across all stages of carton packaging production. The ideal candidate should have experience in the offset printing and packaging industry and be committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and final product quality inspections.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues on the production floor.
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce defects and rejections.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in quality control within the printing or packaging industry.
- Knowledge of offset printing, paperboard packaging, and quality inspection processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
