We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications, especially ophthalmic drugs, while providing excellent patient support and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s instructions
- Verify prescriptions and ensure proper dosage and drug interactions
- Provide clear instructions to patients on medication usage (especially eye drops and post-surgery medicines)
- Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines as per standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement of medicines
- Maintain pharmacy records, billing, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital policies
- Assist doctors and staff with medication-related queries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm)
- Valid Pharmacy Registration Certificate
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience (hospital experience preferred)
- Knowledge of ophthalmic medications is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
