We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a team in the travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining smooth travel operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, travel industry knowledge, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum [5-7] years of experience in the travel industry.
- Prior team handling or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of international destinations, fares, and travel regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Proven Sales record

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
