Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and strengthen the HR function of a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in setting up and managing HR operations, building HR teams, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.
The candidate should be capable of developing HR strategies aligned with business goals and handling multi-location workforce operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and lead the complete HR department and HR processes
- Build and manage a strong HR team
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures
- Handle talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage performance management systems and appraisals
- Ensure HR compliance and statutory adherence
- Drive organizational culture and employee relations
- Coordinate with management on HR strategies and manpower planning
- Handle training and development initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in setting up HR systems and teams from scratch
- Expertise in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
Language Requirement
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Retail, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred
- Strong strategic and operational HR exposure
- Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
