Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Assistant to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and quality.
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify new suppliers.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analyses.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases as required.
- Manage store when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers can also apply).
- Computer Knowledge (MS Office/ Excel).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Two & four wheeler Driving License mandatory.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
