RGR Academy invites applications from experienced, passionate, and result-oriented teaching professionals for the following positions:

PROGRAMMES
Faculty members are required for teaching the following student categories:
- NEET Repeaters / Droppers
- NEET Regular – Class 11 & Class 12
- JEE Repeaters / Droppers
- JEE Regular – Class 11 & Class 12
- Foundation Classes – Classes 6 to 10
- Integrated / School Coaching Programmes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for faculty who can:
- Deliver NEET/JEE-oriented conceptual teaching with strong subject clarity.
- Handle Regular, Repeater and Foundation batches effectively.
- Teach according to NCERT, CBSE and competitive-examination requirements.
- Prepare and discuss NEET/JEE-level MCQs, numerical problems and application-based questions.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and individual mentoring sessions.
- Analyse student performance and implement score-improvement strategies.
- Prepare chapter-wise tests, assignments, worksheets and question papers.
- Complete the assigned syllabus within the planned academic timeline.
- Support revision, test-series and examination-oriented preparation.
- Maintain proper class discipline, punctuality and academic documentation.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head, HODs and other faculty members.
- Take responsibility for student results and continuous academic improvement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Postgraduate / Graduate qualification in the relevant subject from a reputed institution.
- Prior NEET/JEE coaching experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling top-performing as well as average and slow-learning students will be preferred.
- Strong command over NCERT and competitive-exam concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to teach both conceptually and examination-oriented.
- Faculty with a proven track record of producing high NEET/JEE scores and selections will be given preference.
