We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our organization and its subsidiary companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, supporting strategic planning, monitoring departmental performance, and driving continuous process improvement across the business.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all departments and subsidiary companies to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze operational data and prepare regular reports for management to support informed decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate activities across departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenditures to support cost-effective operations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for departments and subsidiary companies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
- Support organizational growth by identifying opportunities for operational optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and industry regulations.
- Mentor and support department heads in achieving operational targets and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent postgraduate management qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operations leadership role.
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and organizational management.
- Experience managing multiple departments or business units is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
