We are seeking a confident and highly organized Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the Director.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a key point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in planning, follow-ups, and tracking action items from meetings.
- Support leadership initiatives and help drive operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent communication skills – strong verbal and written English.
- Confidence & professionalism in dealing with senior management and clients.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and ownership.
- Excellent coordination skills across departments.
- Strong management and organizational abilities.
- Computer proficiency – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management, and basic digital tools.
- Candidate should be bold open-minded and awareness of PERSONAL SECRETARY profile. Assistant to Boss, Ready to travel, attend calls, mails, meetings etc.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
