Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Experience with cloud-based financial reconciliation tools and understanding of enterprise software integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable and maintainable software components.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
