Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Phulnakhar, Near Sum hospital campus -II , near Big cup cafe market complex , bhubaneswar
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert sales leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate documentation.
- Update CRM and prepare daily sales reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
