We are looking for enthusiastic Science graduates or aspiring educators who are passionate about teaching and eager to build a career in education.
Whether you are a recent graduate or have limited teaching experience, if you have strong scientific concepts, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, we would love to help you grow.
Who Can Apply?

- Fresh graduates (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed., M.Ed., B.Tech., or equivalent)
- Candidates with internship or home tuition experience
- Candidates passionate about Science education

Knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, GSEB, Cambridge, or other boards is an advantage but not mandatory.
What You’ll Do
As a Science Academic Coach, you will gradually learn and contribute to the following:
Teaching & Concept Building
- Teach Science with strong conceptual clarity.
- Assist senior coaches during classroom sessions whenever required.
- Help students understand scientific concepts through observation, logic, and practical examples.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions under guidance.
- Build confidence in explaining Physics, Chemistry, and Biology concepts.
Student Support
- Help students with homework and assignments.
- Encourage students to develop scientific thinking and curiosity.
- Guide students towards independent learning.
- Build positive relationships with students.
Academic Planning
- Assist in preparing worksheets and practice material.
- Support syllabus planning and revision activities.
- Help create question banks and assignments.
- Learn how to design personalized study plans.
Student Progress Analysis
- Observe student performance.
- Learn how to identify conceptual gaps.
- Assist in maintaining academic records and student progress.
- Support performance tracking through our academic systems.
AI & Technology
At SEZ, we encourage every educator to use modern educational technology.
You will receive guidance on using tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- Canva AI
- Other educational AI platforms
These tools will help you:
- Prepare worksheets
- Generate questions
- Create lesson plans
- Prepare revision material
- Design visual learning resources
- Improve productivity
No prior AI experience is required—we value your willingness to learn.
