Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, taxation, and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Income Tax, GST, TDS, RBI compliances, ROC filings, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
2. Handle Income Tax compliance, including preparation and filing of ITR, TDS returns, and Audit Forms.
3. Manage GST filings and GST returns and ensure compliance with GST return and payment deadlines.
4. Ensure timely TDS return filing and TDS payments as per statutory due dates.
5. Maintain financial records and accounting entries using Tally (Silver & Gold).
6. Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP accounting standards and maintain accurate financial reporting.
7. Handle payroll processing and salary management.
8. Manage banking processes, financial transactions, and bank reconciliations.
9. Knowledge of RBI forms, ARP filings, and other RBI-related compliances.
10. Handle ROC filings and corporate statutory compliances.
11. Ensure completion of annual compliances and regulatory filings.
12. Support internal teams with financial documents and reports.
13. Assist in automation initiatives for recurring finance tasks.
14. Perform advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
15. Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
16. Debtors' and creditors' management builds strong relationships.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, RBI compliances, and ROC filings.
- Hands-on experience with Tally (Silver & Gold).
- Experience in banking processes and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP accounting standards.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA in Finance / CA (Chartered Accountant)
- Professional Accounting Certification (CA / CPA preferred)
