Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing ExecutiveJob Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide customer support. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records
- Follow up with customers for feedback or further communication
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Fluency in relevant languages (local + English preferred)
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus
Salary (Typical Range):
- Entry-level: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (may vary by location)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
