Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and experienced Reservation Executive to manage bookings at our luxury property, Raga on the Ganges, in Byasi, Rishikesh. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in hotel reservations, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels (OTAs).
- Maintain and update room inventory on property management systems (PMS) and channel managers.
- Coordinate with the sales and front office teams to optimize room occupancy.
- Process reservation confirmations, billing, and advance deposits accurately.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of active experience in hotel/resort reservations.
- Joining: Immediate joiners only.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with OTAs (Booking.com, MMT, etc.) and Channel Managers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English and Hindi.
