Job Title: Farm Manager
Job Summary:
The person with the Farm manager little should oversee daily operations, lead our
farming team, and ensure the successful implementation of our agricultural practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farm management and team
leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and crop production.
2. Develop and implement farm plans, budgets, and strategies.
3. Lead and supervise a team of farm workers, providing guidance, training, and
support.
4. Monitor crop health, soil quality, and water usage, implementing sustainable
practices.
5. Manage farm equipment, maintenance, and repairs.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
7. Analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends, research, and best practices, applying
knowledge to consulting work.
9. Provide expert advice on crop selection, soil health, irrigation management, and pest
control.
10. Develop and implement customized agricultural plans, strategies, and solutions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
