The quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system to meet customer requirement and industry standards. the role involves that leading the quality team, reducing defects, improving processes, handling customer complaints and ensuring continuous quality improvement.
Qualification Required- Bachelor's or Master's degree In Electronics Engineering
Experienced required- 4-5 yrs
What we are looking for-
- Strong understanding of quality tools (RCA, CAPA, FMEA, SPC) for manufacturing problem solving.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production Maintenance, Purchase and stores for quality improvements.
- Knowledge of Electronics products manufacturing process and relevant area.
- Develop, documents and update quality policies procedures and work instructions.
Essential Skill Set
- Exposure to defence manufacturing areas, and its associated requirements.
- Knowledge of Quality standard e.g. ISO 9001, AS 9100 D.
- A strong technicial leader with excellent problem solving skills.
