Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle and qualify customer leads
✅ Conduct lead follow-up calls and nurture prospects
✅ Organize and manage site visits for prospective buyers
✅ Drive negotiations and convert prospects into final bookings
✅ Create engaging videos and digital content showcasing the Avaas Joka bungalows for social media and customer engagement
✅ Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless buying experience
We're Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Sales mindset with a passion for customer engagement
✔ Experience in real estate sales will be preferred (freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply)
✔ Comfortable using social media and creating basic video content
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
